What To Know Before Staging

Key items you need to know before we install your stage.

One Day Efficiency

We have streamlined our staging process to give you the best design and best value. Our team of stagers and movers typically spends over 50 hours from start to finish carefully selecting each piece of inventory, from furniture to artwork, wrapping, packing and loading, so we can stage your home quickly and efficiently. Typically photography is the next day and then you are able to get on the market!

Preparing Your Property

To ensure we stage in a timely and safe manner, keep our product damage low, and get you on the market as quickly as possible, we need the items below handled before we can start our process.

Access To The Home

Please make arrangements to provide a key, lockbox code or special arrangement with your Realtor. Timely access is vital to completing your project on schedule.

Clean Home

To get the most out of your staging investment we  respectfully require you to have your property professionally cleaned and ready for us to stage. We do not have the capabilities to clean before we stage, however, we will leave your home “pristine” and photography ready. Paying attention to details makes a tremendous difference in the quality of the offers you receive.

Cleared Driveway

We need room for our team to operate.  Driveway should be cleared and allow room for a 26 foot truck. This ensures we have a shorter distance to carry items, ensures our team’s safety and makes the process more efficient overall.

Completed Repairs and Renovations

All renovations and repairs must be complete and all contractors and vendors off-site during staging to keep our team safe and on schedule. If the above items aren’t complete when we arrive on site for staging installation, we might not be able to stage and a return fee will be incurred. (as stated on contract)

One Last Check

Take a quick look at our list requirements above more time.  Are you ready to have us stage your property? Great!  However, if some of the above items aren’t satisfactory when we arrive on site for staging installation, there is a good chance we cannot install, the staging will be cancelled, and fee will be incurred.
